This weekend, the Poomsae National Championships are being held in Nottingham, at the Nottingham Wildcats Arena, Greenwood Road, Bakers eld, Nottingham NG3 7EB.
Competition starts at 8:30am and there is a £5 entrance fee for spectators, under 4’s go free.

Last weekend Grandmaster Ik Pil Kang ran a seminar in Harrogate.

On November 4th 2017, K.R.Ali Taekwondo Academy are holding a Kup Grading.
This Grading will be provided to invitation holders only; invitations will be sent out by Mr Martin Squires during class to selected students.
Students doing the Grading must provide:
To be given to Mr Squires by the 21st of October 2017.
Forms received after this date will not be accepted. All students must attend the grading in preparation for their future gradings.
This weekend Master K.R.Ali and Ben went to Manchester to compete in the British National Championships.
Ben won a Silver medal in the -53kg category.

Master Ali has completed his Class II Kukkiwon International Master Course in Poomsae.
K.R.Ali Taekwondo Academy are holding their very own grading on 20th January 2018!
The grading will be open to all British Taekwondo members with valid insurance and will be promoting students from 1st to 3rd Dan.
The Harrogate chief examiner is Master K.R.Ali Kukkiwon 6th Dan, ChungDoKwon 7th Dan and he will be with 2 guest examiners will be promoting students to 1-3 Dan black belt.
