This weekend, the Poomsae National Championships are being held in Nottingham, at the Nottingham Wildcats Arena, Greenwood Road, Bakers eld, Nottingham NG3 7EB.
Competition starts at 8:30am and there is a £5 entrance fee for spectators, under 4’s go free.
